Lucky you. I heard her sing in the movie, "Remember My Name," have been a fan. Read somewhere that she did sing at the Cookery, but I live in Manila, Philippines, so I have to be content with recordings.

I too, had the incredible fortune of seeing here at the Cookery. Huge earrings, at least 80 years old and her singing of this song unforgettable!

She was great. Used to sit with her while she ordered a huge steak at Midnight. And she let me use her song The Love I Have For You for my wedding. Great lady.
