Anoushka is an example of ancient tradition and proud doughter of Ravi Shankar, very very famous musician of wisdom of the tradition that almost lost. Lost. Almost.

I’ve been following Anoushka’s music for some time now and it’s certain that Ravi Shankar’s legacy is in very deserving hands. As for the comments saying this type of music is underrated, I’m honestly kind of glad if that’s the case and this genre hasn’t yet developed a mainstream appeal. Makes me feel like a part of this undiscovered niche sitar gem fan cult.
