I have most of the original "Dukes of Dixieland " albums. as I was always a great fan of theirs. I consider them to be one of the top ten Dixieland bands that ever existed, and was very saddened to hear of the loss of so many great Assunto family members. As well, I am a trombone player and my band is a family band consisting of four family, members. The "Dukes" were always a great inspirationl for our family. We hold them in very high esteem.Theirs is a great legacy of superb musicianship and creativity. Best regards from our family to yours.
