The Drummer in this recording, was a session musician who stood in as they were short of a drummer at the time, he got paid his usual fee, and that was that. Little did he know it was going to be No 1. I know the session drummer, he worked security on Butlins holiday camp Ingoldmells till he retired. He still drinks in my local pub in Skegness, where he asks for the song to be played.
