You do not know how long it took me to find this song! I first heard it on a video called "Driving Around New York 1928" or something along those lines. Glad I finally found it!

I grew up hearing my mom talk about an early memory of her teenage cousin, Ruth, visiting from out of State and signing this song to her. For the heck of it, I searched and found your posting.
