This is a fantastic arrangement and performance. Wow, great vocals, great keyboard riff, great rhythm, great bass. Hints to gospel - very uplifting and hopeful. I heard this when first released in 1993 (have the CD in a safe place) and even now (27 years later) still gives me goose bumps.

I remember when her version appeared that she commented this was the first song she ever heard... which made me feel mighty old because the Johnny Nash version appeared a long time after The Beatles, a time increment by which all things are measured, imho. I think she does a bang-up job on this.
