Grammy-winning favorite Jeff Lorber boasts an all-star lineup of top shelf musicians here (Phillips; Sills; Griffin; and Darius--all of whom have successful solo careers).During the late Eighties, Lorber took a break from his own recordings and focused primarily on producing other artists. His return in the early Nineties with such breakout cds as "Worth Waiting For" and "West Side Stories" gave long time-Lorber fans the quality, high octane, funky and energetic performances that have become his signature sound. The Philly born keyboard virtuoso never follows trends; he stays true to maintaining his own infectious style during the past four decades--the true mark and defnition of an artist. Jeff Lorber--there is no substitute! And we love that! Thank you and God bless!
I remember meeting Eric Darius at a club in Tampa Florida in 2001. There was literally no one there, Him and his dad were packing it up when I arrived. He was playing Traditional jazz and no one showed up.
Where can I find Dwight Sills???Is he touring the world on his bike?I played with him in Axis(Houston 80`s)and would like to get back in touch. Any ideas???
