I was five years old when Jim died in 1973. One of my older brothers told me about it, who Jim was, and gave me the You Don’t Mess Around With Jim album. Within a very short time I collected his three big albums as well as posthumous collections including The Faces I’ve Been. His first two albums were always out of print. (“Facets” and “Croce.”). I know and still love nearly all of his songs. Thanks for the music Jim!!
