Love the uncertainty in this classic. Its a crossover of (in my ears, you probably think someone else) of a mix of Cabaret Voltaire, U2, and the Doors rolled into one, i call that a hell of a jam if they ever did,,, thats my Fantasy set up for this.. Godddd be over soon(Covid 19), ive reverted into a fantasy footballer turned who does this remind you of when it clearly is MOGWAI legends.
As I listened to this on a train to Paris, I saw a paraglider sailing over the French countryside, majestically flying into the sunset. I can only imagine this song is what it felt like for him.
This song came up on my playlist while I was driving on my way home late at night on an empty highway and I never felt more at peace with myself. This song just cleared my mind and I loved every second of it popping up randomly.
When my girlfriend was pregnant in 2019, I knew I wanted this music to be the first heard by my forthcoming son. So a few minutes after his birth, when he was first introduced to me in the incubator, I put my telephon on speaker and played softly this song.Maybe later I will also ask to be buried with this music, so the cycle will be complete (no sadness, just natural cycle of life and death :) ) I know Mogwai chooses their titles randomly, but this one sounds like perfect for me.
